Full House Renovation

Project Overview

LLB Decorators Ltd was appointed to carry out extensive decorating and refurbishment works as part of a full house renovation. The project involved transforming multiple areas throughout the property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces, hallways, staircases and landing areas.

With the property undergoing significant renovation and improvement works, our team played an important role in preparing and finishing the various spaces throughout the home. From newly refurbished rooms and stairways to feature areas and decorative finishes, the project involved creating a consistent, high-quality appearance across the entire property.

The Challenge

A full house renovation presents a wide range of challenges, particularly when work is being completed across multiple rooms and different stages of the renovation. Many surfaces required preparation before the final decorating could begin, while different areas of the property required individual attention to achieve a consistent finish.

The project included detailed areas such as staircases, landings, bathrooms, bedrooms and feature walls, all requiring careful work around doors, woodwork, fixtures and fittings. Coordinating the decorating works alongside the wider renovation was also important to ensure each area could be completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Our Approach

Our team worked methodically throughout the property, preparing surfaces and completing decorating works as the renovation progressed. Walls and ceilings were carefully finished to create clean, modern spaces, while detailed attention was given to the many different areas throughout the home.

The staircase and landing areas required particular care, with precise work carried out around balustrades, handrails, doors and surrounding features. Feature wallpaper was also incorporated within selected areas of the property, adding character and individuality to the finished interior.

By maintaining a high standard of preparation and attention to detail throughout every room, we were able to help bring the entire renovation together and create a consistent finish across the property.

The Result

The completed renovation transformed the property into a bright, modern and welcoming home. Each room was refreshed and finished to complement the wider refurbishment, from the bedrooms and bathrooms through to the living areas, hallways and staircases.
